Lauri Ketchum

Lauri Ketchum has been painting professionally since 2016. She grew up around cattle, and still helps her family with a small cow and calf operation. Ketchum's agricultural roots and life-long love affair with the American cowboy have fuelled her concentration in Western art. Cattle and working cowboys are her favourite subjects. Ketchum and her siblings showed Black Angus heifers for many years and helped with feeding, working calves, moving cattle and all that comes with a cattle ranch.

Today, Ketchum resides with her husband, Roger, in the small, southeastern Oklahoma town of Durant.

Lauri Ketchum is an Associate and Founding Member of Cowgirl Artists of America as well as Associate Member of Women Artists of the West.
