Veda Hallowes

Veda Hallowes MRSS

Veda is an established British sculptor, working almost exclusively in bronze, who uses fruits as a metaphor for the female form. Her sophisticated works embody sensitivity, fertility and humour. The patina on each piece is different, making it unique. She works in small editions of up to nine.

Over the years her practice has included figurative pieces as well as birds, butterflies, seeds and 'spill pieces', where the work invites the viewer to engage and become participant in the impossible and fantastical.
